The nice Kitchen

Our kitchen as nice , is equipped with state of the art facilities and as fundamentally part of our values, we use the freshest produce in all our dishes. Sustainability being entrenched in our values, we have a number of eco-conscious projects running at nice. One of these is the self-grown organic garden at the back of our restaurant, where we produce fresh salad greens and herbs. 

With a team of chefs that create exquisite and mouth-watering dishes, our trainees are given top-class exposure into what goes on behind the scenes in creating these dishes. They will learn to work under pressure, and to understand the dynamics and team-work that goes hand-in-hand into delivering high-standard dishes and customer service.
