The purpose of this project is to  ensure that all trainees enrolled in its programs are ‘work-ready’ by the time they complete the program due to the strong focus on practical exposure in a real world working environment (the ‘living classroom’). This ‘hands on’ approach, and the guarantee of ongoing practical experience and exposure during the entire training cycle is what sets our program apart from other training institutions.

The classroom at nice is fitted with the latest equipment and infrastructure to ensure that the environment is conducive for the trainees to have the best possible training process.

Theoretical training and assessments will take place in our classrooms, and the bulk of the practical training and assessments will take place in our restaurant. Trainees are exposed to the vibrant and often challenging environment that comes part-and parcel with a restaurant of this nature.
